We had 63 Urgency 3 tickets the month of December (go-live and stabilization – web server issues and others) we had Zero for the month of January. We have never had a month with Zero urgency 3 tickets for CareAdvance . This is a major achievement, I would put the credit on having a team dedicated to CCA and working very closely with the business. Good job team, a very successful upgrade!!

I just wanted to send a quick e-mail to tell you how much I appreciate the consultant, Christi, that the Director of IT has brought on board to assist us with the CAE project. One of the concerns that I have had in implementing a new system has been that we don’t know what we don’t know, so putting together business requirements based just on demos and manuals doesn’t give a full picture of the capabilities of a system. I think having her expertise, our business knowledge and Trizetto’s input will help the clinical business owners in writing requirements that will maximize the capabilities of CAE. Having been here at the company long enough to have seen quite a few system upgrades and implementations, I am happy that we’ve begun bringing in experts to assist us in the project and feel very fortunate to have Christi’s input.
